Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your product licence to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must delete all copies of the product licence key (CPD Key.txt) and remove them from your recycle bin.
To start the refund process, you can contact us at support@cpdwiz.com. Please provide a reason why you are seeking a refund along with a statement confirming that you have deleted all copies of the product licence key. You'll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Issues
Please test your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is not working or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is purchased in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, all copies of the licence key must be permanently deleted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received a request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
